Still shaky from being sick for a week, so once more, I stuck to only two super sets instead of the 3 or 4 I’m supposed to be doing.
But that’s cool, because I’ve also been on the Gazelle for a bit, and when I went outside to hang with the cats, I did leg swings to the corner, steps, spiderman’s and mountain climbers. The joy of bodyweight exercises – you can do them anywhere.
