Squat Thrusts 8 – 10 (5 – 20LB DB)
Stability Ball Leg Curl 8 – 10
DB T-ups 8 – 10 (0 – 20LB DB)
Bulgarian Split Squats 8 –10 (5 – 20LB DB)
