How about a 15 minute workout to wake you up this afternoon!

If you haven’t gotten a workout in yet today, give this one a shot!  You can do it in 10 – 15 minutes, depending on how many cycles you do.

Here’s the skinny (pun intended):

Squat Thrusts 8 – 10 (5 – 20LB DB)

Stability Ball Leg Curl 8 – 10

DB T-ups 8 – 10 (0 – 20LB DB)

Bulgarian Split Squats 8 –10 (5 – 20LB DB)

Wrap up with Planks Plus!
